Through education, assistive technology, programs and advocacy, we support them at every stage of life. We also provide a robust array of services to those people who work with, live with and care for people challenged by disabilities.

Oak Hill serves children and adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. Today, it is the largest private nonprofit community provider of services for people with disabilities in Connecticut.

It is with disappointment that we announce the cancellation of the 5th Annual Jordan's Journey: charity motorcycle ride to benefit Oak Hill, scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2009.

Course:  Lyman Orchards Golf Club in Middlefield, Connecticut

Tournament Schedule:

  • 8:00AM - Registration and Putting Contest
  • 10:00AM - Shot Gun Tee Off and Lunch
  • 3:00PM - Appetizers, Silent Auction, Sponsor Recognition, Announcement of Winners
  • 3:30PM - Banquet
  • 4:00PM - Raffle

Fee:  $175.00/per player (includes light breakfast, grilled lunch, buffet dinner, golfer gift, green and cart fees)
